The Working Group held on 9-11 June 1982 reviewed and discussed the draft of a declaration on the consequences of nuclear warfare, which a select group of specialists had drawn up a month earlier in London. The same group then provided the theme of Peace and Human Rights for a subsequent Vatican workshop.
